I live in Austin, TX and am currently Chief Design Officer/CEO at argodesign, a global product strategy and design consultancy. My role encompasses two primary responsibilities:

1) creative leader, driving design and thought leadership in AI and emerging technologies, ensuring quality of work, delivery, and building and motivating a world-class team across four studios in the US and Europe,

and 2) serving in a quasi-CEO capacity, overseeing and driving the business’s operations, performance, and financial goals, and growth.

I see Design as two equal parts:

1) at the executive leadership level, understanding human needs and wants, in context of business goals, and creating evidence based alignment at all levels to drive decisions forward,

and 2) creating and delivering beautiful outcomes that meet user and business needs, enabled by technologies as visible as they need to be.

With more than 25 years of industry experience, I have excelled in defining vision, assembling and leading teams, and delivering user-focused enterprise and consumer experiences for some of the globe’s most renowned brands. As an operator I enable teams to do their best work.

My career encompasses large-scale enterprise design programs, design-driven business transformation, AI integration, design systems development and implementation, managing complex executive stakeholder environments, and delivering products successfully. I bring experience and insight from both product and consulting roles. I am results-oriented and committed to execution.
